Music Is Universal is an annual event organized by Universal Music Group, coinciding with the Grammys to celebrate and showcase upcoming artists. The event features live performances, fan club parties, exclusive listening sessions, and meet-and-greets, blending both established stars and emerging talent. Commissioned to design a custom logo, digital invites, and animations, we played a key role in crafting the visual identity for the event.
The design concept revolves around vibrant gradients and bold, sans-serif typography, creating a modern, clean aesthetic. This approach not only delivers a clear, impactful message but also allows color gradients and animations to play a dynamic role during the event, reinforcing the theme of music's universality.
The logo design embraces a contemporary, cool vibe, with simple yet effective gradient animations that captivate attention. It symbolizes the essence of the event by highlighting emerging artists, placing them in the spotlight while maintaining an interactive feel that resonates with the audience.
The logo and design were integrated throughout the event, from backdrop displays to social media, ensuring a cohesive visual identity that continuously conveyed the message of Music Is Universal.
